About
PRECISION BASS PROCESSING. MIX-READY RESULTS. Mammoth is a modern bass processor built around a multi-stage parallel signal path designed to deliver maximum punch, clarity, and articulation without sacrificing low-end weight. By independently processing low and high frequencies, Mammoth preserves the fundamental while allowing the upper spectrum to be shaped with anything from subtle warmth to aggressive distortion. Every stage has been tuned to work as a complete recording chain, producing a bass tone that naturally sits in dense modern mixes with minimal post-processing. ⸻PARALLEL MULTI-BAND ARCHITECTURE The incoming signal is split using a continuously variable crossover, allowing the low and high frequency bands to be processed independently. The low band can be reinforced with dedicated low-frequency enhancement and saturation, while the high band passes through Aurora DSP's amp and cabinet processing for controlled harmonic content, attack, and definition. The processed bands are then recombined into a cohesive, phase-accurate output. This architecture delivers tight transient response, controlled dynamics, and exceptional note separation—even under high-gain conditions. ⸻TL;DR 4 dedicated bass amp models Variable crossover for independent low/high processing Parallel signal path for maximum clarity and low-end preservation Dedicated Bass Maximizer & Low-End Saturator Precision EQ voiced specifically for bass guitar Integrated cabinet simulation with Aurora DSP impulse responses Built-in limiter for controlled output and consistent levels Optimized for modern rock and metal bass production Same audio engine as the desktop version
