The Pod/Helix has an effect called the "Sub Oct Fuzz" and it is the gnarliest sound for bass. I haven't been able to find another... anything that sounds quite like it. In the Helix/HX stuff it's listed as a Legacy distortion effect.

I did a little research which may or may not be accurate, you may want to amend the wish if you think this is accurate. "The HX Stomp's Sub Oct Fuzz is based on the PAiA Roctave Divider. That was a 1970s DIY kit pedal that adds a note one octave below what you play and runs it all through a gritty, gated fuzz, so it can sound a bit synth-like." I searched on that in the blocks and didn't find it.
