The HX Stomp's Twin Harmony follows a key and scale, so harmonies stay in key as you play. The Anagram's Pitch Shifter moves by a fixed interval, which only works for octaves, fifths and the like.
A key/scale-aware harmonizer with one or two voices (3rds, 6ths, etc.) and a mix control would open up harmony lines on both bass and guitar.
