🆕 28 new Anagram blocks on Apr 1 (28 free)
Everything that arrived on the Anagram Marketplace on April 1.
Chinchilla
Darkglass's take on the Pro Co RAT circuit, faithfully recreating the raw, aggressive character of one of the most iconic distortion pedals.
Gentle
A clean Noble Preamp / Bass DI-style block for transparent tone shaping and direct injection. Provides studio-quality buffering and gentle harmonic enhancement, perfect as a front-end gain stage or direct recording tool.
B3K / VMT / Microtubes X
The crown jewels of Darkglass's own pedal lineup, now built directly into the firmware.
Alpha Omicron
An original Darkglass design with no external target — a unique overdrive voicing developed specifically for the Anagram platform. Explores harmonic saturation territory that complements the existing Darkglass pedal lineup.
Duality Fuzz
Darkglass's original dual-mode fuzz, built into the KosmOS firmware. Combines two distinct fuzz characters in a single block, offering everything from vintage fuzz warmth to modern aggressive clipping.
Noise Suppressor
A firmware noise gate for taming unwanted hiss and hum. Works as both a standard noise gate and a hard gate, with adjustable threshold and decay.
BUS Compressor
Modeled on an SSL Bus Compressor, this firmware block provides the signature 'glue' compression that has defined countless pro mixes. Gentle, musical compression that brings a mix together without squashing transients.
Luminal FET Compressor
Based on the legendary Urei 1176 / Cali76 FET compressor, delivering fast, punchy compression with that unmistakable FET character. From subtle leveling to the famous 'all buttons in' mode, this covers the full range of 1176 tones.
Compressor/Limiter
Based on the dbx 160 and Keeley Bassist compressor designs, this firmware block provides transparent, studio-quality compression optimized for bass.
Gravitron
Modeled on the classic Moogerfooger MF-101 Low Pass Filter, delivering sweepable resonant filtering with envelope control.
moerfr
Based on the Moogerfooger MF-101, this firmware filter block captures the organic resonance and envelope-following character of Moog's legendary analog filter.
DG 6-Band EQ
Darkglass's own 6-band graphic EQ, voiced for bass with the same frequency centers as the EQ section found on Darkglass hardware units. Includes an Amp EQ mode for shaping tone at the amp input stage.
Mint Chocolate Chorus
A classic CE-1 style chorus firmware block, delivering the lush, warm modulation that defined 70s and 80s bass chorus tones. Smooth, musical pitch modulation that adds width and movement without sounding artificial.
Flamingo Flanger
Based on the EHX Electric Mistress, the flanger that defined ambient and shoegaze textures for decades. From subtle jet flanging to full metallic sweeps, the Flamingo Flanger brings Mistress-quality modulation to the Anagram platform.
Sublime Octaver
A mono sub-octave firmware block inspired by the Boss OC-2 octave divider. Generates a pitch-perfect octave below the fundamental, with classic analog-style tracking that works best with single notes on the lower strings.
Pitch Shifter
A polyphonic pitch shifter firmware block modeled on the DigiTech Whammy, enabling real-time pitch shifting up or down by up to two octaves. Works polyphonically, making it suitable for chord playing as well as lead lines.
Sublemon Octaver
A wave-flip octaver based on the MXR Blue Box concept, which generates a sub-octave by rectifying the input signal. Produces a uniquely fuzz-like sub-octave character distinct from more traditional octave dividers.
Subcitroi Octaver
A polyphonic digital sub-octave block inspired by the EHX POG / TC Sub n Up, offering clean polyphonic octave-down (and potentially up) tracking.
Digital Delay
The essential digital delay firmware block, covering clean, precise repeats with adjustable time, feedback, and mix. Equivalent to the HX Stomp's Simple Delay and Vintage Digital modes, this is the workhorse delay for most applications.
Analog Delay
A bucket-brigade delay (BBD) firmware emulation delivering the warm, slightly degraded repeats of classic analog delay units.
Modulation Delay
A modulated delay firmware block with integrated chorus/vibrato on the delay signal. The modulation adds gentle pitch wobble to repeats, creating the spacious, dreamy textures of classic mod-delay pedals.
Room Reverb
A natural room reverb firmware block that simulates the acoustic reflections of a small to medium-sized room. The most transparent of the reverb types, it adds space and depth without coloring the tone.
Plate Reverb
A plate reverb firmware block emulating the classic metal plate reverb units found in high-end recording studios. Plate reverb has a distinctive bright, smooth tail that became the defining reverb sound on countless recordings.
Hall Reverb
A concert hall reverb firmware block delivering the expansive, long decay of a large performance space. Ideal for creating the sense of playing in a grand hall, with rich early reflections building into a smooth, enveloping tail.
Shimmer Reverb
A shimmer reverb firmware block that layers pitch-shifted (octave-up) feedback into the reverb tail, creating ethereal, evolving textures. Inspired by the Eventide pitch+reverb technique popularized by artists like The Edge and Brian Eno.
Looper
A looper firmware block with MIDI control capability, allowing seamless loop recording and playback directly on the Anagram. Supports Anagram MIDI CC control (CC110-118) for hands-free operation via external MIDI devices.
User Cabinet
An impulse response (IR) loader firmware block for loading custom cabinet IRs directly into the Anagram signal chain. Supports standard IR file formats, giving users access to their own cabinet captures or third-party IR libraries.
Gain
A simple level block in the Anagram's Utilities: one Gain knob to raise or lower the signal anywhere in the chain, plus an Invert Polarity switch.
